THE BUILDING: the newly built village is not far from the seaside and is formed by 3 buildings located in different levels. The residential complex is surrounded by the nature and it has beautiful terraces with a nice view over Baja Cannigione, the gardens and the surrounding sweet-scented lush hills. It is located at 2.8 Km from Baja Sardinia where you will enjoy its beautiful panoramic little square, its white sand beach and its crystal water. For all of those who enjoy the nightlife they will find bars and discos. The famous Porto Cervo is only 7 Km far and it is the destination of many VIPS from all over the world.

APARTMENTS:

they are located in different levels according to the  conformation of the ground and they are roomy and stylishly furnished. All of them are provided with TV, washing machine, panoramic terrace.

• Different kinds of apartments are available as follows:
• Studio (2pax): sitting room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and terrace
• 2Room (2pax*): sitting room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace
• 3Room (4pax*):sitting room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom and terrace
• 4Rooms (5/6pax*): sitting room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace

SERVICES:reception opens from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 7 to 8 PM; panoramic swimming pool with a relax area, playground, shuttle service to the beach, large car park, lift connecting the car park with the main structure and the swimming pool. In the near Baja Sardinia there are shops, bar, tobacconist’s, post office, restaurant, doctor on call, laundry, boutique, aquatic park.

• COMPULSORY COSTS::
• WEEKLY AMOUNT:euro 40.00 per person per week; children under 3 are free; children between 3 and 11 years old pay euro 20.00. Rates include light, gas, the use of swimming pool, bath linen.
• FINAL CLEANING: cost for each kind of apartment, MONO euro 40.00, BILO euro 60.00, TRILO euro 80,00, QUADRI euro 90.00 (kitchenette cleaning not included, if required there is an extra charge of euro 50.00).
• DEPOSIT:after checking the apartment the deposit of euro 200.00 will be refunded. In case guests leave when reception is closed the deposit will be refunded by post service.
